What is Salik?
Some Dubai roads are paid. They have special gates. The money is automatically debited from the electronic Salik account. One pass through the gate cost AED 4 and rental companies charge AED 1 extra for the service fee. Total it will cost AED 5.
When you refund my deposit?
Your deposit will be refunded from 10 to 30 days depending on the holidays and the bank.
Which is fine for speeding?
You can exceed the limit to 20 km per hour without penalty. If you exceed 21 km per hour, then you will have to pay a fine of AED 300, if 30 km – AED 600, if more than 40 km – AED 700, more than 50 km – AED 1000, more than 60 km – AED 1500
Do I have to pay if someone hit my car?
If you have any accident please call the police and make a report. if it was not your reason, you will not pay anything.
